At the recent 5aaasp we were intrigued to see a series of "naked" circuit board-based
analogue drum machines that operate with photoelectric cells and are synced together via infared.
We spoke to their inventor, Eric Archer, who also has a whole mess of other tiny electronic
devices that he peddles and also offers workshops to teach others how to make cool little analogue
devices like the ones below:
He was gracious and took some time to share his machines with us. If you're in the Austin, TX area,
be sure to check out his HandMade Music workshops. You can contact him directly here.
I Love Analogue Blog.
