Omega...Amigo...Ohhh.Baby!

I'm sure many of you have been floored by the newest incarnation of the Omega Synth from
Studio Electronics. It's a beautiful synth,
and there aren't even any closeups or audio demos of it. It's just fascinating, really fascinating,
and at $4500US it costs about as much as a car my wife and I were looking at. It's just so cool,
and bubbly looking, and I have no idea where I would put it. It doesn't look like it belongs on a rack,
keyboard stand, or anywhere in my music system...it belongs in my living room, or on the spaceship from
Silent Running or Wall-E. Just to put its whole 60s vibe in there, it was slavishly designed
to imitate the look of the ship interiors from 2001. A Space Oddity indeed, but if I was in a different
tax bracket, a no-brain purchase. Just click here to
see what I'm going on about.
